Being capable of multiple and multipurpose use, air-supported structures have important advantages of being pre-fabricated and having low cost (2-3 times lower) compared to traditional permanent buildings made of wood, brick and concrete. A medium sized air-supported Saldi-Service dome made of resistant shell with all necessary technical equipment that can cover a football field is built in three days. It can be dismantled for the summer period, as well as transposed to other objects. The process of installation and dismantling of the structures is so simple that any owner can do this individually with a small team of workers.

Note that a slight overpressure inside the dome can solve most problems for fire safety and protection. The fireproof material of the dome is nonflammable and can only be locally melted in places of direct impact of high temperature flame. At the same time, excess internal pressure will not allow smoke and fire to spread in the building, removing the flame and eliminating its center. The pressure will make the main guard, as the sensor, signaling its fall (however slight), caused by damaging of the shell, will give an immediate alarm.



It is also important to know that each building is equipped with a backup alarm system of air supply, which starts automatically when the pressure drop inside the building when the building is de-energized.

For heated buildings, Saldi-Service delivers integrated technical system of automatic heating, air pumping, and maintaining of calculated heat and internal pressure according to the parameters specified by the customer. The system recirculates the heated air, maintaining constant temperature. In the case of prolonged cold periods, fully automated control system minimizes the turn-on frequency of electric heaters, which results in high efficiency of operation.
